Welcome to Mexico! From the moment the saloon door swing open and you enter the plazuello, our Mexican courtyard is surrounded by balconies, the atmosphere is energetic! Lively Mariachi music fills the air, tambourines and maracas invoke the tapping of feet and waiters shake their margaritas in time with the beat.

The a la carte menu is Tex-Mex: sizzling grilled steaks, tacos, fajitas, ensaladas, a range of cuisine with a rush like the Rio Grande!

Asia Live!

Capturing the very essence of Asia, the interior is an eclectic mix of Thai, Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese styles, reflecting the featured cuisines.

Our famous sushi counter serves the most delicate and tempting of creations, best enjoyed with warm saki, whilst the two teppanyaki tables become small theaters where our chefs perform skillfully, cooking grilled meats and seafood for their appreciative guests.    

Corniche Mediterranean

Light and airy, this is our casual all day dining venue, offering both local and international-style breakfast, buffet lunch and a la carte dishes and a fresh juice bar.

Live music sets the mood each evening for our theme buffet, featuring a selection of traditional dishes from many Mediterranean countries, prepared by our own international chefs.

Showcasing the rich heritage of India, the mood is fine dining at it's very best. Mystical sitar and tabla music, played softly against a backdrop of objects d'art from this ancient and vibrant civilization, create the perfect atmosphere for an intimate culinary adventure.

With flavors reminiscent of a quaint repast in Italy, a seafood feast on the island of Sicily, or a superb dinner overlooking the Arno in Florence, All Aperto restaurant features beautifully rustic Italian cuisine in sensuous and stunning surroundings. Delicious olive oils, fresh spices and herbs, and the finest vinaigrettes are combined to create unique and simple antipasti, salads, soups, pastas, pizzas, risotto, fish and meat dishes.
